This is happening on all my pc's in my house now, on IE or firefox, Win 8.1 or windows 7.
This worked fine before but now errors out for the last week no matter what I try and watch.
Anynword on this? it will work then not work at random now probably works 1/3 of the time, defineatley a comcast issue I'm not doing anything differently when it works.
I am getting error 100 trying to view X1 dvr recordings with both xtv.comcast,net and with the xfinity tv app.
I can view X1 dvr recordings just fine on the television(s).
I am able to stream live tv and on demand on both xtv.comcast,net and with the xfinity tv app.
It's just X1 dvr recordings on internet devices that are not working.
I had a chat session this AM and the rep opened a ticket.
thanks for the info, for me it happens when trying to watch live tv. Its odd that it works sometimes then doesn't work with the same error but I don'r change anything or do anything different.
Interesting & frustrating all at the same time.
I tried again to watch DVR recordings on my laptop via xtv.comcast.net today.
This was the error I got today: Error authSwf / authSwf.3329.10614: Internal DRM or DRM server security error
and it asked me to call 877 599 1844
I was passed around to three different people (xfinity app, internet & TV), none of whom could really grasp the issue.
long story short, the internet guy sent yet another reset signal & now it is working some of the time, which is an improvement over none of the time...
sometimes I now get an "error 100.500" and if I retry enough times, I get playout
just seems like a flakey feature, sucks as this is a really good feature but typical of comcast that anything cool doesn't work well.
We are aware of this known issue, there is no work around at this time. You will need to keep retrying the action.
