xfinitytv.com and xfinityTV app

Anytime I try to watch Xfinitytv.com the stream will show 20-30 seconds and then completely freeze.  I've used 3 different browsers (Chrome, firefox, IE) on 2 different computers (both PC).  The streaming on my iPad does exactly the same thing.

The weird thing is that my HBOGo App works 100% perfectly.

My speed tests look ok (7-10Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps upload).

Anyone else having these issues?

Re: xfinitytv.com and xfinityTV app

mjcjr53,

Are your PCs connected to the internet wirelessly? If so, try a wired connection and see if video playback improves.

Have you every tried watching videos on your iPad on a different wireless network? If so, did it play any better?

Also, on your most desireable PC and web browser to watch videos on,  please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you. Also, include links to the videos you are trying to watch.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: xfinitytv.com and xfinityTV app

Looks like you don't have your zip code set up, I have seen problems if you don't do that and let the system just pick. See what it says in your settings for zip code.

click the tv tab top of this page, go to watch now and to your profile and see if you zip is there or it just says automatic.
