Keep getting the following message & error when trying to stream:

Sorry, we're having some trouble

XFINITY Stream is not available at the moment. Please try back soon.

(Error ftde.xact.3321.1107296356: FatalDrmError)

 

Error happens only with Firefox (Chrome is fine) and I haven't found any message with a solution.

Is DRM enabled in your FF? Enter aboutreferences#general in address bar and hit enter. Scroll down to "Digital Rights Management" and verify its enabled.

Try un/reinstalling flash. Chrome has its own internal version with might explain why chrome works but ff doesn't.
