Hello,

Just to let you know that your new xfinity tv online faq dated 11/9/2011 12:22 pm link under the video play back issues You asked for my Shift+L output? How do I do it? is not going to the correct place when clicking on it.

The link is broken.  All you have to do is scroll down the page a little for the instructions, the links just take you by shortcut to a different area of the page.  If you would have scrolled down a bit you would have seen this.

 

 

 

If a Comcast employee asks you for your Shift+L output, do the following to obtain it:

 

    1. Start a video and wait until it gives you an error

 

    2. When the error appears, single click to the right of the network logo, underneath the “Parental Controls” button, then press hold the “Shift” key and press the “L” key.

 

      3. Copy what appears onscreen and paste it in your new created topic.
