Received the AnyPlay device today, got it all hooked up, but the infinity tv app on the new ipad doesnt work.
a popup error happens almost immediately as soon as the Sign In button is clicked.
An unknown error has occured during this request. Please try again.
Deleted and reinstalled app. deleted app, rebooted ipad, installed app, still get the same error.
So AnyPlay is useless...
I am sorry but we were having some issues on our end between roughly 9:30 PM EST and 11:30 PM EST.
If it was not working last night, please try again now.
If you have tried it and are still having issues, please try uninstalling the app and then try installing it again.

I have the any play device, I have done all kinds of troubleshooting with the tip and on the chat, and live calls. I have had the device a week and all I get is we can not connect to your device. Slats person I spoke with logged a ticket 3. Days ago and said I will get a call, still waiting for that call.
Please email to the Comcast Cares Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your AnyPlay issues. They will get the right local people involved.
Rarely Comcast will actually call you back.
I have zero issues with my AnyPlay device. Are you using Android or IOS?
