xfinity tv app for Iphone 4S does not recognize my TV/DVR

my Xfinity tv app for Iphone4s does not recognize my tv in settings or dvr when i try to "manage my DVR" in safari..what should i do?

Do you have a motorola  box?  Its only compatible with them.

I am having the same problem and I do have a Motorola DVR box. I already checked its model number and it states it is compatiable but the app is not picking up the DVR on my Iphone 4s. If did on my previous HTC phone. Thanks for any help.
