xfinity share and lack of support

xfinity share and lack of support

I hope Comcast Phil sees this because I have the same problem as several others in that I get an error message when trying to connect to xfinity share when using my correct login info, AND, the answers he provided saying to send private message are absolutely ZERO help.  And Comcast wonders why people get so upset.  Why the heck can't they just answer questions and give the  help needed ?????????

Xfinity Share is for the X1 platform.... if you are a subscriber of X1 and you meet the minimum requirements of Triple Play ( Internet-X1-Phone ) then it should be working....   The PM is the best wqay to get repsonses from Comcast staff...   Did you send a PM to ComcastPhil ????  He is very good at reading and replying to the PM's....   he may have had to wait for "staff" to come in after theholidays to address your issue...
