xfinity remote app for iPhone Not Working

xfinity remote app for iPhone Not Working

I just installed the xfinity remote app in order to use the DVR Manager and control my channels.  The app launches fine on my iphone and iPad aond it does see the set top boxes in our house.  However, when I try to change channels nothing happens.  It tells me that an "unknown error" occurred. I cannot set up a recording either.  It is not an option.   Any suggestions?  I tried the same thing on my computer incidentally and it did not work either.  Not sure if it is related but my Caller ID on the TV is also not working.

Can you provide your Comcast ID (email), Version of the app you are using, iOS version, and any applicable screenshots.  Are you able to send a test message from the app to your set-top boxes?
