xfinity on Demand on iPad

xfinity on Demand on iPad

Can't play xfinity on Demand programs.Says, "sorry, we've experienced some difficulty playing your video".

What can I do?  Please help.

so which app are you trying to use to play the videos?  have you tried the xfinity player and the remote app?   do either of them work?  are you signed in with the primary account holders credentials?   does it work on your computer?

videos will play fine on the computer but not on the iPad

Are you using the Xfinity TV App or the Xfinity TV Player App?

 

Which devices and versions are you using?

 

Depending on your device, are you on WiFi or cellular?

 

Are you using the most up to date version of the app?
