xfinity apps

I have installation scheduled for later this month.  On the web site it clearly states you don't have to wait for installation to watch TV and HBO.  I have now spoken to three customer service employees who clearly stated I do have to wait for installation in order to access xfinity TV on mobile device or tablet.  Which is it?

You need to wait until your activated/installed with video equipment . What website are you referring to?

Sorry for the confusion but only select limited content is available before your activaton is completed.   You dont get your full entitlements until your video devices are activated.
