xfinity TV player iPhone app stopped working

The app worked fine for about a day (we're newly back to Comcast...and already regretting it)...and then stopped working for no reason. Maybe an update? No matter what video I select to watch, it will not play. Just get an "experiencing difficulty" message. When will this be fixed? I've already reinstalled, cleared cache and history, etc. It's pretty obvious this is a problem on your end.

probably when the holiday is over and everyone is back.  are you close to the wireless router when testing this?? have uninstalled the app, clear the user data from the settings portion of the iphone, then reinstall it, restart the phone, ,sign in and then try it.
