watching online - "Subscription Required" message for networks I receive on TV

Several times, I have tried watching a show online, both via xfinity and via partner sites, and received a message that the show was only available if I purchased a subscription. However, these are shows on channels which I receive via my regular xfinity cable service. I was logged in, so that was not the problem. Shouldn't I be able to watch these shows online, and if so, what can I do to correct the problem?

Calling any Comcast support agent can get it fixed, it is a coding issue with your account.  You should be receiving all the same channels both on the cable and online as part of your existing package.
