watching on demand on computer

watching on demand on computer

I have been watching HBO on demand on my computer.  This week it is telling me that I need to upgrade to a new xfinity player does it mean my box at home?  Everything works fine at home. I do not have HD if this makes a difference.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
