watching a movie for first time

When I go to watch a movie, a get a message saying I need to upgrade my microsoft Silverlight plugin.  When I try to upgrade, I get a message saying I cannot because itis already upgraded.  I am stuck in a loop.

try using a different browser see if that works.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.
