video won't appear for online tv shows

I can hear the sound of the commercials and shows. I see the xfinity sign but the show starts with audio and no video.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you. Please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

 

Also, make sure that if you have any ad blocking software installed that it is disabled or that you set xfinity.com and xfinitytv.com as exceptions.

I am having this same problem.  Seems like it just started recently.
