how or where do i look for updates? the reason i ask is because I'm having issues with playback of my recorded shows on my laptop and it seems to have started after the last update.

hi, I moved your post to the streaming website area. the web site is always up to date as far as versions. about the recordings playback from teh cloud DVR, there is a known issue that affects random customers for random amounts of time. It appears that during peak times some servers are at over capacity for programs to be recorded. The errors cause the servers to move customers around to less 'full' servers over time.
