tv.xfinity.com not showing older recordings

tv.xfinity.com not showing older recordings

While all recorded programs appear on the set top box, tv.xfinity.com does not show older programs when Saved is selected.  The set top box indicates 34 recorded programs, but tv.xfinity.com indicates 25 recordings.  It is June 2018 and any program recorded prior to March 2018 does not show up on the Saved list in tv.xfinity.com and therefore cannot be watched on tv.xfinity.com

Only the last 60 hours recorded are saved to the cloud and can be accessed.
