tv app not working

tv app not working

We have been having all kinds of trouble with our X1 service. We finally got the apps working on our mobile device,  but yesterday they stopped working again. It says X1 is available in your area contact comcast. Tried that but they cant seem to help us. They say they will call us back withing 48 hours but this is starting to get ridiculous.

   Looks like the proper codes are on your account, could be an issue with out back office systems not autenticating your account.  Nothing a customer service agent can do except escalate to the proper teams.

Is there anyway you could escalate it to the right department? We have been on the phone with at least 6 people for over 3 hours now and no one seems to be able to help. They all just ask the same questions then pass us on to someone else.

   Can you try now, i was able to get the code readded and seems like its flowing through to our  back office now.

Thanks so much for your help. We can watch live tv on our mobile devices now, but for some reason the dvr is not syncing up. Says no recording or scheduled recordings. ??

It's only new recordings, schedule a recording a see if that works

  Can you try logging out and logging back into the app, make sure you accecpt the terms and conditions.   Your account is set up correctly.

Tried that. Still no luck. Created a new recording and it still says your schedule is empty and doesn't show any of my recorded shows. Does the same thing on all 3 devices we have. 2 ipads 1 iphone

 try deleting and reinstalling the app and log back in.

My app isn't working either. I can see all the recordings but I'm getting a playback error when I try to watch them. I've updated the app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, logged out/back in, and rebooted my iPad all with NO LUCK.
I need some assistance with this.

I've tried that too. I even tried a hard reboot on the dvr box. Still no luck. it seems to be an issue with the cloud. Like I said it was working fine last week before they made some changes to our account.

Not sure what happened but all the functions just started working on all my devices.
