trouble scheduling series recordings

YOUR WEB SITE IS USELESS.

 

Apologies for screaming but this is so frustrating. I tried to schedule a series recording for PBS Newshour. It shows yupo pn my DVR at four times every day. I click on some of the episodes to see if I can cancel the other series. (I only want the first run at 6:00 PM CST.) They do not show up as series recordings.

 

I went back to the web page and clicked on one of the times I did not want. There was a button to cancel the series. I clicked that and several seconds later after the web page refreshed ALL OF THE EPISODES had been removed from the schedule. I was in the process of watching one of them and it was aborted as well.

 

Doesn't anyone test this stuff to see if it works? This is so bad as to be unusable. I suppose that's the point.

Hi Walter,

I've had problems setting up series recordings from my pc.

Finally found that when I chose Record Series, I had to choose MORE OPTIONS.

That opens up the whole list.

The most important one being: CHANNELS TO RECORD..

The one you want is THIS CHANNEL ONLY.
