everytime on tnt message appears for approx. 8minutes. the message is WAITING TO FOR LIVE STREAM THEN GIVES YOU THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE. I DESERVE FOR WHAT I PAY FOR. THIS HAS BECOME EVERYDAY. IVE WAITED FOR IT TO BE FIXED. NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CONTACT XFINITY FORR THIS PROBLEM.

Hi, lwhite1948 - I can troubleshoot your issue but could you please provide some additional information:

  • Device make and model
  • Android OS/ iOS(be specific)
  • App version
  • Examples of affected shows/channels
  • Screenshot of the error message
