I am having issues watching my already recorded DVR shows. I keep getting error saying to watch something else, but no error code. I have tried different browsers and devices, cleared cache, and flushed dns. I contacted customer service and was told that the recording feature was disabled. After speaking with them about that I discovered what they were really talking about which was the ability to set a recording. That is not my issue. My issue is watching shows that are already recorded. When it does work I also notice that it skips without reason. It is basically unwatachable. I have no issues watching other streaming services like netfilx or hulu, so that narrows the problem. What do I need to do?
