starz- error 3005

Starz- I am trying to catch up watching some starz series online but for some reason there only in Spanish dub I have tried to switch like I have done with some series but for it just gives me Spanish version when I try English xfinity as well as I keep getting error 3005 popping up on other series and I refresh and it works sometimes it takes 3-4 refreshes to make it through an episode.

What specific show is giving you the 3005 error messages?

As for the Spanish and English versions of episodes, after you select an episode look to the right of the page and click "More Online Options". Any episode that says "HD" next to it is in English. Any version that does not say HD is in Spanish. Videos will play if you have a HD monitor or not. We understand that this is not ideal and are looking to improve it in a future release.

Thanks,
Joe
