silverlight plugin

Every time I try to watch a video I get the message that I have to update the Silverlight plug-in.  I even deleted the plug-in and reinstalled it.  But I still get the message to update it.

You need to install the patched version of Silverlight that we have released.

Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. I known you have done this already but I need you to do it one more time. Instead of re-installing it from the Silverlight website, I want you to download Silverlight from the link below. This is a patch version that is needed to run videos:

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
