This is the worst service ever. worst customer service, worst online statement.

 

 

On June 11th, 2015 I paid my only balance of $125.00 as it showed online.

I paid that amount and my account was up to date.

Now the post the new monthly fee of $274.00.

So, I called to this "beautiful customer service" where they do not know how to explain an statement and nothing and their answer was that there was another balance which I never saw because my account was in $0.00 after my last payment...... 

 

Oh yes, but when they cut out the services in one of my boxes for 3 or 4 days with no reason they do not give any credit, I need to still paying the full fee. 

 

The internet at night get always lots and we neen to pay full fee still.

 

Please be SERIOUS, money is not FREE. We work hard for it. More than $150.00 for a simple cable package is ridiculous... and in additions I had to take a package that includes a telephone line which I do not have and use.

 

PLEASE COMCAST IS THE WORST... I will change my service to AT&T or DISH..... They provide excelellents promotions...
