rselvage: DVR manager not working

rselvage: DVR manager not working

I have been without being able to use my dvr manager that once worked but no longer. I am unable to program a recording from my phone so I called Comcast and after being disconnected 4 times and being connected to billing and every dept but the one I needed to be talking to. It seems the cable dept tells me it is a internet problem. Long and short It still does not work and if it means staying on hold for long periods of time only to be disconnected I will do without the feature. The error message I get from the dvr page is

"DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household". Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry, I thought your issue was resolved. I am looking into this now, I will update you when I learn more.
