removing devices with StarzPlay

removing devices with StarzPlay

I have a subscription to Starz & have StarzPlay on several devices (phone, tablet, Xbox, etc.). I recently got rid of one of my tablets, but forgot to remove StarzPlay from it. Is there anyway of going online and removing this tablet? If so, how?

You can edit your devices here:  https://device.comcast.net/devices

Re: removing devices with StarzPlay

Actually, this link is for removing devices that are using the Comcast TV Go app (by Comcast). I am referring more to the direct StarPlay ONLY app. Is there any way to remove devices from this Starz based app?

That would need to be directed to STARZ, not Comcast...

A quick search of the StarzPlay website found this:

Re: removing devices with StarzPlay

I actually emailed this address several days ago with the same question. They finally responded and basically said there is no way to remove a device within the Starz website management. Rather, they said to change the password (through Comcast) for the email account it is associated with. Gonna try this.

Of course, this means I also will have to log back into ALL other devices as well since its basically logging EVERYTHING out. No biggie as I only have about 2 other devices associtated with this Comcast STARZ account for now. Will see.
