"Your Guide to What's On TV" has been down since Saturday.

"Your Guide to What's On TV" has been down since Saturday.  When is it going to be fixed????  Error message reads:

 

"Sorry, that didn't go as planned.

We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time."

It's online and it's been saying it for a week! It's annoying...

On my computer.  It came back up for a day or so and is down AGAIN.

I am on http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings:  This is what I keep getting:

 

"Sorry, that didn't go as planned.

We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time."

 

 If you attempt to Change Lineup:

 

"We could not find any service providers for that ZIP Code. Please try a different 5-digit U.S.Postal Code."

 

 

The info in the link provided (Please see Troubleshooting TV Listings Issues: Not Loading, Incorrect Data, Incorrect Time) does not help.
