"Unable to Retireve Parental Controls" error message

"Unable to Retireve Parental Controls" error message

I was able to watch the X1 on my computer for a couple of days, now I'm getting "Unable to Retrieve Parental Controls" in Firefox.

 

I get the error "Coverage is still limited" message in Chrome.

 

I've gone in and established my Parental Control pin, but that didn't seem to make a difference.

I tried a chat with a Comcast person, but once they couldn't help me they left the room saying it was resolved. That has happend 3 times now.

 

Did you figure it out?

In the end it was combination of things. You have to be signed into your Comcast account as the primary user, be on your Comcast WiFi or Ethernet, and finally, a setting on your account at the office that they have to change, your account has to be set to X1. Works great now.

Not sure I understand- I don't have the X1 platform, and nothing icon my comcast account has changed.  I can't use any my Comcast-dependent Roku apps and it's really frustrating, especially because I can't get anyone at Comcast to help
