"Subscription Required" - Error: 12012 on XFINITY TV for iOS

I'm recieving the message 12012 when atttempting to view any channels in the XFINITY mobile app after purchasing television service. I have the "Digital Preferred" package and any non-local channel provides this error (e.g. CNN, ESPN, TLC).

Did you just sign up for service? If so, it might take some time to activate in the app. If more than a day, try signing out and signing into the app again.

Logged out, logged back in. Tried on iPad and iPhone. Subscription was purchased 4 days ago.

 

Still get the same error.
