"Playback is unavailable"

I need some help. I'm currently in the US, but as I try and open a video, it says "Sorry, the playback is unavailable. XfinityTV videos can only be viewed from within the US. If you believe you are seeing this message in error, please connect to a different network and try refreshing your browser" So please help me!!!!

Have you tried watching videos on a different network yet? This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down this issue.

Thanks,

The other videos do work, like Fox, HBO etc.

I am sorry.I meant on a different internet connection.

Anyway, it is interesting that some videos worked and others are giving you this error message. Can you post one link that worked and another that did not work?

Thanks,
Joe

Re: "Playback is unavailable"

I have the same problem. Sometimes I can watch videos, sometimes I can't. It seems to be hit or miss. Totally annoying. I'm in the U.S... never outside of the U.S.

Would love this to get fixed! Or find some sort of work around. I can't connect to a different network.

Thanks!

Re: "Playback is unavailable"

I've watched shows pretty much daily (don't even have a cable box I just watch online) for a year now with no problems now I'm getting this same error. I've tried different browsers and resettinng the router/modem and still cannot watch shows. I cannot try a different network, I have comcast internet why would I have two different internet connections at home that's just silly to even ask that...

Does anyone know why it's suddenly doing this?

How exactly am I supposed to watch on a different network?  I get my internet from you, and I only have one network.  Am I going crazy?
