I've had this issue for every time I try to log in. It says I'm "out of home" although I didn't change anything.... I would like to know how I can fix it so I can give a good feedback as it starts to work as good as it seems....

Welcome to the club.  You are not alone in getting this issue (see this link).  There is nothing you can do to fix this unless you happened to be connected to the wrong wifi network and not your own modem.  But I highly doubt that since it seems like you said it worked previously and now doesn't.  Out of curiousity, which Comcast market are you in?  I would like to know if this is a national problem or a regional one.
