"My Channel"-- not getting

"My Channel"-- not getting

The lineup showing on the ""My Channels" page does not match what I'm actually receiving.  Short version, I'm getting fewer channels than the page seems to tell me I am supposed to get.

Might be just me, but it looks like I'm getting less than I pay for.  That's not good.

 

Example: it shows that I should be receiving the HD channels (starting at Ch 138), but  instead I get a blue box telling me I need to order that.

 

If I'm not supposed to be getting a particular channel, I shouldn't see it on a page labelled "My Channels", or am I wrong?
