"Failed to connect to the On Demand Server" Now what?

"Failed to connect to the On Demand Server"  error when I try to bring up On Demand.  Connection check says EVERYTHING IS FINE.  Nope.

I am having a difficult time finding the page you are on when you see the "Failed to Connect..." message.  Can you post a link to that page? If you need help on how to post a link let me know.
