problems wit xfinity tv online

im havin problems watching  movies on my xfinity online im getting a message saying error 6000...and on movies that r rated R there telling me i have to do a parental control which we dont need!!! annnoyed

clear your cookies and cache, you cant use ie9  use firefox or chrome. You need to be logging in the primary users credentials, you will also need to disable the parental controls as by default they are set to on.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

Please tell me what specific videos you are trying to watch. There may be an issue with the video and we want to test it out.
