Following instructions to download Starlight plug in...indicates "downloading" then receive a message that this is already downloaded....no option to proceed to play show.

Make sure that your Silverlight Player is completly un-installed before installing the patched version of Silverlight.

 

Also, can you please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.
