no able to watch streaming videos online

no able to watch streaming videos online

I am not able to watch streaming videos online right now because xfinity keeps saying that I "have reached the maximum of 3 allowed video streams per household." I then click to manage the devices and i am the only one logged into my account. I have not sharred my login info with anybody and i Only sign in to my account from one computer. how do i change this? im sick in bed and all i want to do it watch some shows on my computer. please help

Go here and remove all of your streaming devices and then try watching videos again.
