new line up/ screen change

new line up/ screen change

HATE the new screen change!!  everytime i look at the xfinity tv page, i have to sign in, change location and find my favorites all over again.  Why are  you donig this?  can this be fixed?

Make sure you are allowing cookies to save and that your browser settings are not set to "delete cookies upon exiting".

We appreciate your willingness to help, but why would you think that a lot of people's browser setting suddenly changed at the exact same time Comcast rolled out the new listing? It worked on the old system, it doesn't work on this system, what changed?
