I edited your post to remove your phone number. Please don't post personal information in the forums where everyone can see it.

The Internet forum would be a better place to ask this particular question:

http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Your-Home-Network/bd-p/YHN

Often you can speed up your connection by simply unplugging your Internet modem (the box typically supplied by Comcast), waiting a few seconds, and plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, you should call 800-XFINITY where they can remotely test your network quality and send repair if needed.

Best,

There is no blame in my response. The vast majority of connectivity issues can be resolved by rebooting the modem.  If that doesn't work (can be verified by running a speed test), please call 800-XFINITY so we can send a technician to your home to get you the speeds you deserve and are paying to receive.
