my channel line up keeps changing

my channel line up keeps changing

So I've been using the new live tv streaming on tv.xfinity.com, but some times it shows my normal channel lineup with NBC, ABC, CBS, and all the HD equivilents all the same channel numbers that they are as if I was watching on my actual tv. Last night and this morning I was watching shows on ABC HD channel 501, I left for like 5 hours and went to watch on tv.xfinity.com and none of those channels are there. It's completely different channels that I wouldn't even be able to watch on my tv in the livingroom, and it's getting kind of frustrating that I can't figure out or find out why this is happening. I've cleared my cache and cookies more time than I can count, it doesn't help. Any help is much appreciated!

Yes I am still experiencing the problem. I've reset my cache and cookies too many times to count, and I've talked to Comcast representatives on chat who've done stuff with my WiFi (which isn't the problem) and reset some data stuff (I can't remember exactly what they did). None of it helped.

I can't tell which app you are referring to.

The TV Remote app has a setting to choose your local channel lineup.
