movies no longer available in my Queue after 1 day?!?

Ive started to watch John Carter of Mars yesterday, and today the movie is no longer available for me to view. see: http://screencast.com/t/B5Qyn9LduZA

This keeps happending to me. It will be available 1 day and then not available the next what is the point of a Queue if movies in there are not available the very next day?!?

According to your screenshot, John Carter is available online. The orange key is just the site:

a) not recognizing that you are signed in

b) you are not signed in

c) you are signed in but do not subscribe to that particular network

If you don't subscribe to a network, you won't be able to watch that networks' movies/shows online and you will be shown an orange key.

John Carter is on Starz this month. If you are a Starz subscriber, sign in with your Comcast account to watch the video.

If you are signed in with your Comcast account, subscribe to Starz, and are seeing orange key on John Carter, try watching it anyway. Sometimes, the page just needs to be refreshed.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: movies no longer available in my Queue after 1 day?!?

i'm signed in, and i tried to view the movie anyway. No dice. i do not know if i am subscribed to Starz or not, but i would assume i am since i watched the first 30 mins of movie before i had to leave. Would there be an instance where i would be able to see a movie that i shouldnt?

Do you get Starz through your TV and through On Demand on your cable box?

i tried again just now and it plays again, but now it's in spanish. LOL, this service is so chalk full of issues i dont even know where to begin. It makes using it very frustrating, and tells me i need to find other services.

Re: movies no longer available in my Queue after 1 day?!?

elmaherrera,

Here is the English version of the movie:

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/John-Carter/7691168703341610112/2293610749/John-Carter-of-Mars/vi...

"would there be an instance where i would be able to see a movie that i shouldnt?" - There would not be an instance where you would be able to see a movie that you do not subscribe to. Please check your bill and see if you are paying a monthly fee for Starz.

Re: movies no longer available in my Queue after 1 day?!?

thank you for all your help.

then it seems that your statement " There would not be an instance where you would be able to see a movie that you do not subscribe to" is wrong.  i do not have Starz (http://screencast.com/t/64Cq7CBPeUh), This is something that should probably be communicated up your chain of command. As i watched 30 mins of a movie i should not have been able to see.

Clearly something isnt right with your system. I've checked this box to hide "locked" movies, and yet the Starz movies still show up as an option - http://screencast.com/t/0NuPBlkZz

and i am able to watch them - http://screencast.com/t/Dk1PjgT6c

ok let me just ask you this last question - what do these numbers mean: http://screencast.com/t/TnRtPdC5D4m

i added man with the golden gun yesterday but today i dont have the option to watch it??!?

"ok let me just ask you this last question - what do these numbers mean" - For Man with the Golden Gun it means that

0 videos of The Man With The Golden Gun are available online (green play button)

0 listings of TMWTGG are found upcoming in your TV Listings grid

2 listings of TMWTGG were found On Demand

We are looking into the other issues now. Thank you for your feedback.

Joe
