I can watch tv on my iphone but not on my ipad, although I have been up until today!

Are you getting any kind of error?  Is your iPad wifi setting correct?

The error is 403 and Wifi is turned on; settings all look the same as on my iphone.

I think I found the problem myself. I had scrolled into the TV to Go area, and when I moved back to the regular transponder area, the guide came back.

I'm having this same issue. I can watch Live TV for all channels on my home network using multiple iPhones and my laptop. But my iPad will not allow me to watch some channels as it says I'm not in my Home Network. I have verified the WiFi and it is connected to my home network and the same network as the other devices in my home. I've chatted with Tech Support and no fix. I was told 2 days ago my Home Network would be reset and I would be called to confirm the issue has been resolved, but nothing has changed. Any advice?

Hi Jason_Boye, I can assist you with getting this error cleared up. There are times when your phone or tablet will connect to the public hot spot (xfinity wi-fi) please make sure you're connected to your home Wi-Fi source. If you have already checked the connection please reboot your modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. Also sign out from the app and then sign back on once the modem has rebooted. This will allow your app to talk to the modem and should fix your issue. I am having an issue getting live stream to work. Comcast went off yesterday and restarted. I have tried turning the modem off and back on, tried deleting and reinstalling app on my iPad. Will only show the tv go channels and will only show about 20 channels

Susannagrant, have you tried using the app on a different device? Have you tried going online to or website to see if you get the same results? If not please do so now and share your results.
