iphone remote

I have the cable dvr box DCT6412iii and cannot change channels with my iphone. I have the comcast app and was able to change channels with my older DCH3200 cable box. Is there something I need to do so I can change channels on the new box?

If you just swapped out the equipment, it will take a few days for the databases to sync up.  It is common for these features not to work right when the box is changed out.

 

Give it 4-5 days.
