iPhone/iPad TV Remote App not recognizing DVR box

I have downloaded the XFINITY TV remote app and am receiving a message saying I have "no eligible TVs." From what I have read, the set top box I have should be eligible for use on the remote service. It is a Cisco RNG200N box. Anyone able to provide any help?

Please respond with your Comcast ID, the device you are using (with OS version), version of the app you are using, and any applicable screenshots.
