iPad app: "there are no recordings scheduled for the next 14 days"

iPad app: "there are no recordings scheduled for the next 14 days"

This problem started a few weeks ago.    The TV Remote has worked well for many months - I installed it on my iPad 1 when it was first released.

 

Lately, in the DVR manager, the scheduled recordings and priority manager will not populate.   Instead I see the error message:   "there are no recordings scheduled for the next 14 days" -- which obviously is not the case.

 

I deleted and reinstalled the app; that did not resolve the issue.

 

 

The app works fine on my iphone 5.

 

Any suggestions for a cure are appreciated.

How do I get the tv app on my ipad and other computers?

No resolutions suggestions -- guess I am the only one seeing this problem.

 

Does Comcast monitor this board?
