iPad XTV tv app will not find my cable boxes

Has this problem ever been resolved?  I am having the same issue.  I have the moto box but my Computer and my Phone will not locate the DVR set top box.  Please let me know if you know a fix.  Thanks!

I am sorry but you do not have a compatible set-top box.

 

You may be able to exchange your current cable box at a Comcast Service Center. We’ll also be adding more cable boxes in the future.
