iPad, X1 DVR and Xfinity TV App

iPad, X1 DVR and Xfinity TV App

HI,

I'm looking for some help with an odd problem.

 

We just got a X1 DVR and it works very well.  We do like the look of the menus and other changes that were made.

 

I downloaded and installed the Xfiinity App onto my iPad and can watch live TV etc so that kind of works as advertised.

 

The problem for lack of better words is syncing the DVR and the iPAD

 

If I go to the recording section in the App it say "You have no scheduled recordings ... yet" even though I have recorded a couple of shows using the DVR itself.

 

As a test I used the iPad to record a show within the App and the App found that recording.  I could even download without any problems.  

 

It feels to me that the DVR is not pushing things into the Could but I can't find someone who can resolve this.
