i recently got showtime but it wont play online for me

i dont have any orange keys anymore but i only get the opening commercial for other showtime shows and then a blank screen please help

Google Chrome 15 is currently in a beta state and is not supported by Xfinitytv.com.

 

Please use Chrome 14 or another browser and see if videos work.
