I get a frame freeze every 5 seconds when watching anything on https://tv.xfinity.com when using adobe flash player. I do not get this when I uninstall flash player and use Chrome browser. I have tested it on 3 OS; Mac, Windows 10, Ubuntu. I have tested different web browsers; Firefox, Edge, internet explorer.

tv go works fine....

Something is very wrong with your coding.

I have also tested this on 3 different PCs, it has nothing to do with hardware.

Hi hexthat,

How are you connected? Are you hard lined to the modem or using WiFi?

Mine is not working at all, I've tried with chrome and safari, flash is updated.  I only get the network logo and the loading dots for live streaming.

I've tried with on demand and saved shows and they worked fine.

Hello @elpedeloco. I can assist with getting XFINITY Stream working for you. Can you please tell us how you are connected to the internet? Wired or WiFi connected?

Also, can you please run a speed test here and post your results?

Wireless, but I don't think it is a connection issue.  It used to work perfect, and I don't have problems with any other provider like netflix or youtube.

here my results of the seed test
