<http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings> , the "chanel line-up", loads empty with "Sorry, that didn't go as planned.. . ."error message.

I am logged in and can log out and back in to no improvement. 

 

Clicking "change lineup" has blank panes with "First, let's make sure we have your channel lineup.
DAC: 165_37" at the top. 

 

Change your chanel lineup link returns "ZIP CODE:
SEARCH
We could not find any service providers for that ZIP Code. Please try a different 5-digit U.S.Postal Code." For my account's ZipCode.

I did nothing on my end, my solution was to post on the forum. Someone in tech must have spotted it and fixed it.

Hi ventifact -- Apologies for this issue. I tried this on my end and was unable to duplicate this. Selecting Change your channel lineup and entering your zip code populated 5 results. Are you still seeing nothing on your end?

Thanks for your reply, my problem was fixed on your end, several days later. All functions and location links are now working as expected.

I am having a major issue with the tv listings lineup on safari on my ipad air2.  it worked before but now it will not work.  it is doing the same thing as listed on this forum.  i went into safari and cleared the cache but it did not help.

Ditto Chrome for several days.  Cleared cookies.  80906, but tried other zips.

We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time."

If I use my iPad4 Xfinity TV app, I get a good Guide listing of all my channels.
