yes. I log in and I get a page showing two things, a link to a 1-800-xfinity #, and a link to xfinity terms and service. After a minute or so a log in fail try again later message appears.
so looks like comcast has your account set up wrong on their end. When you go to access hbo go and put in your user name and password it looks to your comcast account to see if you are a subscriber so if comcast has your account set up incorrectly its denying you access. You need to call them and have them rebuild the codes on your account to show hbo as an add on service you are paying for.
